TeamWork operates as a cooperative. Our practitioners are owners — or work directly with the local owner — creating direct accountability for outcomes, relationships, and the people we serve.
What we deliver
We provide Stay at Work and workplace assessment services for ACC clients across Aotearoa. Every programme is built around the individual — their role, their workplace, their life.
Early workplace intervention to keep people connected to their role during injury recovery. We work with clients, employers, and treatment providers to enable safe, graduated re-engagement before time off becomes entrenched.
Primary ServiceTargeted assessments of the work environment, job demands, and functional capacity — providing clear, clinically grounded recommendations to guide safe return-to-work planning.
AssessmentWe coordinate proactively with ACC Recovery Teams, treating practitioners, and employers. Clear, timely communication between all parties is foundational to the outcomes we deliver.
